You, Eddie and your team did absolutely everything possible to ensure Pip & Kin's Party was a truly memorable event. We have had so much positive feedback from those who were there. All our guests enjoyed every minute. A bit thank you to all in the Kitchen. The food was delicious. Service was attentive and impeccable. Under your oversight, the highest standards were maintained throughout the entire evening. We really are so very grateful to all who contributed to making the occasion such fun. Thank you again for ensuring we all had such a great time. With much gratitude and warmest good wishes to you and your "Team".

To the Manager & Staff of Grand Cafe, We can’t thank you enough for making our wedding day (19th April) extra special. It was a privilege to use your venue and definitely gave us the ‘WOW’ factor we had hoped for. We were especially thrilled to have photos taken in the lobby and on the famous ‘Titanic Staircase’ The staff were brilliant when at times our guests were quite demanding. All our guests commented on how beautiful the food was. Thank you once again and we look forward to dining with you again soon.

"Staff were really pleasant and the food was excellent"

Can I thank you and your staff for an excellent dinner last night for our members. We are very grateful for the fact that you coped so well with such a late booking due to unforeseen circumstances. I apologise, but I don’t know the name of the lady who took such good care of us, but both she and the rest of the team did a great job. Service was very efficient, the staff were really pleasant and the food was excellent. Please pass on all our thanks to them. Many compliments came from our members and since they are the ones we have to please,  many thanks for providing such a great event.

"Fantastic Party"

I just wanted to thank you and all the staff at the Grand Café for our fantastic party last night!  We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and I’ve been getting great feedback all day on how good the venue was and how it suited our needs perfectly.  Also lots of people commented on the food and how well it was managed and seamlessly delivered for such a big party (and that it was delicious!) I’m very pleased that it went so well (given the very short turnaround time!) and our hard work paid off!

"Definitely be back"

Just wanted to say another great evening at your place. Our friends who went back to Florida on Sunday were really impressed with everything just as we were (not that I expected it to be anything different to the service/food we had at the Christmas do!). Thanks again and will definitely be back in the future.

"Our Excellent Lunch"

I just wanted to email to thank you and the team at the Grand Café for our excellent lunch on the 16th December. I have received some really nice feedback from the staff on the food and the service. There were lots of comments that the food was hot and fresh and this is not always the case at some restaurants when catering for a large numbers. I will certainly consider using the Grand Café again and recommending it to colleagues and friends.

"Cooked to Perfection"

I had the beef medallions and it was cooked to perfection, it melted in the mouth. I have been to the last four Xmas lunches and this year was the best by far, the little touches like warm plates and good service had everyone complementing Grand Café! Please do send myself and Susan who initially dealt with you, Christmas Lunch marketing information next year.

"The Food Without Exception Was Excellent"

"Excellent"

I just wanted to send this e-mail to say that the meal we had on Friday was excellent. Some of the guys at work have already finished for the year but the one’s I have spoken to say the food was very good. I have been watching Masterchef on TV and it was that kind of food. I know we haven’t got THIS year out of the way yet but the people I have spoken to say they would be happy to go again next year so please can you contact me when you are taking bookings for NEXT year’s meal.

"The food was outstanding and the service could not be faulted in any way"

Just wanted to give you some feedback from our meal last Friday night. As a team we wanted to say a big thank you. Considering the amount of people that were catered for that night as a whole, it is rare to find a venue where all meals have been delivered at the same time and all are hot.  The food was outstanding and the service could not be faulted in any way. We all had a fantastic night and will certainly be returning at some point for another team event. A big thank you from all of us.

"One Of The Best Christmas Meals We’ve All Had"

Just to say how much we all enjoyed last night, thank you for all you help with the organisation. The feedback I’ve had was that it was probably one of the best Christmas meals we’ve all had at a big function. Food was piping hot, plenty of it and beautifully cooked and presented. Very much appreciate the £10 vouchers on the tables, and I was really pleased with my £50 - a really nice touch. Thanks again and we will see you in the near future am sure.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and your staff for a very enjoyable meal yesterday. We all enjoyed the food and surroundings very much. You have all gone out of your way to accomodate our needs and requirements and last minute additions for which I am very grateful. "Excellent Food"

Last night we had our Christmas party at the Grand Café. It was a last minute decison as we were disorganized, hadn’t had anything booked and we had the earliest sitting. I would like to congratulate you and your staff for the excellent food, fantastic value (£23!), good services and ultimately a fantastic venue with a good DJ downstairs.
